At BRAVA Marketing Promotions we guarantee your satisfaction. We want you to be totally satisfied and elated with your promotional items. We pledge to produce a quality imprinted promotional product, delivered on time, and at an exceptional price value.
Your logo is your brand and we take great care to get the details right. You will know up front if there are any issues producing your image on the chosen product.
Material and workmanship are fully guaranteed, as are delivery deadlines. An image proof of your imprint is always produced for your approval prior to printing. Once approved, your promotional items will be printed as detailed in the proof. If you make a change after the items are produced, we will continue working with you to secure products with the changes in time for your special event.
BRAVA Marketing Promotions is not responsible for shipping issues, such as storms, that may delay your items in transit once they leave the factory.
BRAVA Order Policy
Order total does not include screen/setup and freight. Additional charges may be needed for artwork revisions, proofs, or PMS color matches. Pricing and products are also subject to availability. We will contact you if product is unavailable with an alternative selection. You will be contacted personally before any order is placed to confirm your order. Our mission is to make your promotion the best it can be! We want you to get your products on time and at the best possible price!
Pricing and availability subject to change without notice. All logos shown in product photos are for demonstration only. Your products will have your own custom imprint. Most pricing includes a one-color imprint.
Promotional Product Return Policy
We produce only the highest quality product, but if there is a product defect or a printing error we will replace the items at no charge. A Return Authorization is required to send products back to BRAVA Marketing Promotions. Please contact your Client Services Rep at 877-239-1227 for any possible returns.
We are not able to accept returns on items that are free from defects and delivered as ordered. We are not able to accept returns on rush items where the client waives the proof approval step. Clients are responsible for all over runs.
BRAVA Customer Privacy Policy
BRAVA Marketing Promotions values your privacy and every effort is made to protect and keep your information secure. All information collected is confidential and is only used to process your orders. In completing your order, it may be necessary to share some information with trusted companies like UPS, FedEx, Credit Card processors and printing partners. Information is not transferred to third parties or sold to any group or organization other than to secure your order.
